Hosting clients in Seoul: business dinners, karaoke and a car for the evening
In Korea, an important meeting often continues over dinner, and sometimes karaoke after that. If you are hosting clients in Seoul, here is how the evening usually runs and what we take off your hands.

In short
- Book a private room for dinner. It keeps the conversation easy.
- Karaoke after dinner is common, and a good way to relax together.
- One car for the whole evening means nobody waits for a taxi.
- You get one total before the evening, so the bill never comes up in front of your guests.
How the evening usually runs
Dinner comes first, usually Korean beef or a set course in a private room. After that, many groups move on to a private karaoke room, where the mood relaxes. Some evenings end there; others continue to a lounge or, for overseas guests, a casino.
What we take care of
- Reservations for dinner and karaoke, made in your company's name.
- A car and driver that picks up your guests and stays with the group all evening. Larger groups can have a van, or more than one car.
- An interpreter in English, Japanese or Chinese, at the table if you need one.
- One total agreed before the evening, so the bill is never a discussion in front of your guests.
If your guests are flying in
We meet them at the arrival gate and bring them straight to the hotel or the dinner. See Incheon Airport to Gangnam by private car.
A few tips
- Book early for Friday nights. The best private rooms go first.
- Tell us about your guests: food they do not eat, and whether they drink.
- Let guests leave when they want. The car can take them back one by one.
