A private day in Seoul: one example itinerary, from palace to midnight

No two of our days are the same, but this is what one can look like. Use it as a starting point and tell us what to change.

Gwanghwamun, the main gate of Gyeongbokgung Palace, lit at dusk

In short

  • 10:00 pickup at your hotel. The car stays with you all day.
  • Palace and old town in the morning, shopping in the afternoon.
  • Dinner, then a night out of your choice.
  • Back at your hotel whenever you are ready.

10:00 Pickup

Your host meets you in the lobby. From here the car and driver stay with you until the end of the day.

10:30 Gyeongbokgung and Bukchon

Start at Gyeongbokgung, the largest of Seoul's royal palaces, with an interpreter who can tell its story. Then walk up through the hanok lanes of Bukchon. The palace is closed on Tuesdays; on those days we plan a different morning.

13:00 Lunch

A long lunch nearby: Korean fine dining, or something simpler if you prefer. We book it in advance.

15:00 Shopping in Gangnam

Department stores and the flagship boutiques of Cheongdam. Your host handles the passport paperwork for tax refunds, and the car takes the bags.

18:00 Back to the hotel

Time to rest and change before the evening. Skip it if you would rather keep going.

19:30 Dinner

A table at a restaurant that is usually hard to book.

22:00 The night

A club table, a private karaoke room, or a casino. Or two of them. When you are ready, we drive you back to your hotel.

Start with a word, not a plan

Everything we do is a free course, built around you. You do not need to pick places; one or two words are enough:

  • Culture: Gyeongbokgung, Insadong, Bukchon and Myeongdong, with an interpreter who tells the story.
  • Nightlife: dinner, then clubs, karaoke and casinos, one after another.
  • Aesthetics: skin care, spa and clinic appointments through our partners, fitted around the rest of your day.
  • Shopping: department stores and boutiques, with the tax refund paperwork handled.

Mix them as you like, or start straight from the airport. Send us the date, how many of you, and the mood you want, and we send back a plan and the total.

How this differs from a tour

A standard group tour A day with The Privé Seoul
Route Fixed, the same for everyone Built from your words, changed on the day
Getting around Coach, or taxis between stops A private car and driver, waiting all day
Who looks after you One guide for the whole group One host for you, from the gate to your door
Price Extras added along the way One total, confirmed before you book
After dark Back at the hotel Clubs, karaoke and casinos, arranged and attended

Beyond Seoul

We plan days in Busan and on Jeju too: Busan for its clubs and nightlife, and Jeju with its casinos for foreign visitors.

What a day like this costs

The total depends on the size of your group, the hours and the car. A full day like this usually starts from around ₩3,000,000, and you always see the exact total before you confirm.
